Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from delivery to request a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept your request. Please follow the procedure outlined below.
Instructions for returning an item:
- Log into your account using the email address you used to place your order.
- Go to the “Orders” section, select your order, and click on “Request Return”.
- Provide the reason for the return and add any relevant notes.
- Once you have submitted your online request, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the return.
Items from the same order must be returned in a single shipment; split returns in multiple shipments will not be accepted.
Make sure the items are in their original condition, with all tags and seals intact, and follow the simple steps outlined in the email:

Use the prepaid shipping label included in the package to facilitate your return.
- Attach the pre-printed adhesive label to the original box, covering the original shipping label.
- If you do not have the return shipping label, please contact our Customer Service.
- Returns with labels other than those provided by us may not be accepted.
*If you reside outside the European Union, you will need to print, complete, and place three copies of the “return proforma invoice” in the transparent pouch attached to the outside of the box. This document will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase.

Contact DHL to schedule a pickup:
- You can contact DHL by calling the DHL center in your country.
- Alternatively, you can schedule a pickup through the website: DHL Express.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an automatic email notification and proceed with the refund.
If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, we will not be able to accept your return or issue a refund. In this case, you may request to have the returned product sent back to you at your expense and in the condition it was received by us, by contacting our Customer Service.
